I am a Director of Rockhampton and Yeppoon Psychology Services. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, transitional difficulties, and a trauma background. While I find Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to be a useful therapeutic intervention, I also have a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

My background also supports my work with adults, including those involved in the Emergency Services.
