I am a Director of Rockhampton Psychology Services. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, transitional difficulties, and a trauma background. While I find Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to be a useful therapeutic intervention, I also have a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My background also supports my work with adults, including those involved in the Emergency Services.

I am working in Rockhampton on Mondays and from Yeppoon Psychology Services office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. I will be working full time in the Yeppoon office from 2025.
